Fabric Samples: we do not accept returns of samples at this time.

Printed Pattern: may be returned in any condition. Please specify reason for return when speaking with Customer Service about your return.

Please include your contact information with the returned merchandise. An email associated with your account or original order number of the return will suffice - we just need a way to reach out to you once we've received the return to know who to refund and for what.

Ship your package using a trackable shipping method and packaged so that damages are not incurred during transit. Please keep the tracking details for your records. We do not refund shipping costs on returns.
