Check the box for Export fields to file and click the browse button (...) to set your save location. Configure the export settings for easy Excel use: Field delimiter: Comma. Let it scroll through all pages (you can press Tab or F8 to refresh until the “END OF LIST” message appears).
Create a Script File (export_stations.txt):

- Secure Storage – The exported file may contain extension numbers and user names, but rarely full security codes. Still, treat it as sensitive data.
- Compare Exports – Use Excel or a diff tool to compare this week’s export to last week’s to see what changed.
- Document Your Process – Keep a local guide for other team members on the exact ASA export steps.
- Test Your Export – Verify that at least 5 random stations appear correctly in the exported file.
