- You cannot "install" this manually anymore.
- If you played FIFA 11 online after December 2010, the patch was applied to your console's HDD cache.
- To get it now: You must delete your game data utility (not save data) and re-insert the disc while connected to Xbox Live/PSN. The console will pull the Title Update 1.01 from the legacy servers (if still available).
