GMR32B Phase Controller – Technical Manual
1. Introduction
The GMR32B is a microprocessor-driven, three-phase power controller designed for precise regulation of resistive and inductive loads. Utilizing phase-angle or burst-firing control, it modulates AC power to heaters, transformers, and motors, minimizing harmonic distortion and extending load lifespan.
HVAC Systems: Central air conditioning and large compressors. Machinery: Elevators, escalators, cranes, and oil pumps.

4.2 Control Signal Wiring
- 4–20 mA current source: Connect positive to IN+, negative to COM. Set DIP switch S1-1 to OFF (current mode).
- 0–10 VDC voltage source: Connect to IN+ and COM. Set S1-1 to ON (voltage mode).
- Manual potentiometer: +10V to pot high side, pot wiper to IN+, COM to pot low side. Set S1-1 to ON, and S1-2 to OFF (internal supply mode).
