Overview

The com.rockstargames.gtavc OBB (Opaque Binary Blob) file for version 1.07 is a core data package for Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on Android. This version is widely regarded as the last stable, classic build before Rockstar introduced major UI changes, broken mod compatibility, and mandatory login requirements in later updates (1.08–1.12).
