Opening Your First DICOM Study

  1. Double-click k-pacs-lite.exe. The main window will open—likely dark gray.
  2. Go to File > Open... or simply drag-and-drop DICOM files into the window.
  3. Navigate to your CD/DVD or folder containing DICOM images (look for DICOMDIR or a series of numbered files with no extension).
