Create License File: On an internet-connected computer, log in to the Katalon TestOps Admin portal. Navigate to License Management, select Create Offline Licenses, paste your Machine ID, and set an expiry date.

Transfer: Move the downloaded .lic file to your offline machine via a USB drive.
