7. Unmount the installer and convert the DMG to ISO:

   hdiutil detach /Volumes/install_app
   hdiutil convert /tmp/ElCapitan.cdr.dmg -format UDTO -o /tmp/ElCapitan.iso
   mv /tmp/ElCapitan.iso.cdr ~/Desktop/ElCapitan.iso
