The World

The Aetherial Rifts opened three centuries ago, spilling mana and monsters into a mundane Earth. Humanity retreated to domed citadels, while the wildlands became domains of “Liminals”—beings of myth given flesh. From the chaos rose the Magical Monstergirls: warriors who transform using soul-bound artifacts called Anima Cores. Each core fuses a monster’s primal essence with a girl’s heart, granting powers tied to cryptids, yokai, and ancient horrors.
