Quick guide: Uploading a Malay-language file (steps & tips)
1) Prepare the file
- Format: Use common formats: .docx, .pdf, .txt, .rtf, .odt.
- Filename: Short, meaningful, use hyphens or underscores (e.g., surat-pemberitahuan_2026.pdf).
- Encoding: For plain text, ensure UTF-8 to preserve Malay characters (é/á rarely used; mostly basic Latin).
- Size: Compress images or export to PDF if large; target below site limits (commonly 5–50 MB).
