Installation Steps

1. Remove old versions: Delete any previous NotSoSolo folders from Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\LogicMods.
2. Install UE4SS: If you haven’t already, drop the UE4SS files into your Phoenix\Binaries\Win64 folder.
3. Reinstall Ariel F’s original mod: Download the base mod from Nexus (file version 1.2.4 – the last stable pre-patch release). Extract into LogicMods.
4. Apply Trip’s patch: Download the “Not So Solo Trip Ariel F Patched” hotfix. It comes as a single .lua file. Place it in UE4SS\Mods\NotSoSolo\Scripts. Override when prompted.
5. Edit mods.txt: Open UE4SS\mods.txt and ensure NotSoSolo : 1 is active.
6. Launch and test: Start the game. Press F8 to open the UE4SS console. Type ns_summon Sebastian – if you see “Trip Patch Loaded,” you’re golden.
