Momir Bulatović (1956–2019) was a prominent Montenegrin and Yugoslav politician. He served as the first President of Montenegro (1990–1998) and later as Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1998–2000). A close ally of Slobodan Milošević during the Yugoslav Wars, his political career was marked by controversy, nationalism, and a shift from communism to pro-Western positions in his later years.
