Add Media (Backgrounds, Logos, Videos)
- Drag files into Library → Media (supports MP4, MOV, PNG, ProRes).

- Create a Library for each event type (Worship, Sermon series, Service).
- Use Playlists for ordered song lists or service flows.
- Import media via File → Import: slides, videos, audio.
- Keep a consistent folder structure and naming convention.
- Optimize videos: use H.264/HEVC MP4 or ProRes for best performance; match project frame rate.
- Go to Preferences > Audio.
- Audio Output: Select your main speakers or sound interface. (Do not leave this on "System Default" if you are using a professional audio mixer).
- Cues: Set where "Clear/Go" sounds play (usually your operator headphones).
