Installation Steps:

Extract the archive to C:\Qualcomm\QFL_V10. Never run from a compressed folder.

Install drivers – Inside the drivers folder, run Setup.exe (or manually install via Device Manager if the folder contains .inf files).

Verify driver installation – Open Device Manager, connect your powered-off phone while holding Volume Up+Down. It should appear as “Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008” under Ports (COM & LPT). If you see “QHSUSB_BULK” or unknown device, the driver is not correctly installed.

Launch QFIL.exe as Administrator (right-click → Run as Administrator) – critical for raw disk access.
