Run the installer in Windows 8 Compatibility Mode:
- Go to the official Toshiba Tec support site:
https://www.toshibatec.eu (or your local Toshiba site)
- Navigate to Drivers & Downloads → Search for e-Studio 2303A
- Select Windows 10 (32-bit or 64-bit)
- Download the Printer Driver (typically a
.exe or .zip file)
You can find the latest official software on the Toshiba Tec Europe Support Page or the Toshiba Business Support Portal. Look specifically for: toshiba e studio 2303a driver windows 10
- [ ] Printer appears in Settings > Printers & Scanners.
- [ ] Test page prints correctly.
- [ ] Scanner is recognized in Windows Scan app.
- [ ] No yellow triangle in Device Manager under Print Queues.
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click the Toshiba e-STUDIO2303A > See what's printing.
- Click Printer menu > Uncheck "Use Printer Offline."
- Also disable SNMP: In Printer Properties > Ports > Configure Port > Uncheck "SNMP Status Enabled."
