  1. Save Scum the Subway: The random encounter rate for the "Rust Whisper" is low. Save your game before entering the subway map tile.
  2. Do Not Cure the Plague: There is a side quest to take antibiotics from a Pharmacy heist. If you take them, Nergal ignores you. You must sell the antibiotics for cash and let the "Rust Cough" status effect remain active.
  3. The * -Nergal- * Render Glitch: Some users report Nergal’s model not loading. This is a VRAM issue with the new shaders. Turn "Shadow Quality" to Medium and "Demon Detail" to High.
  4. Lore Books: Read "The Babylonian Bestiary" in the game’s starting library (Chapter 1 only). If you miss this book, the dialogue with Nergal defaults to generic responses, skipping the unique cuneipher puzzle that gives you his "Seal of Plague" artifact.
