VX Manager 1.6.4 is a specialized driver management tool used to bridge VXDIAG automotive diagnostic hardware with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) diagnostic software. While newer versions exist, version 1.6.4 remains highly sought after for its compatibility with older operating systems like Windows XP and specific legacy hardware clones.
