Xmtk-9000 User Manual Best -
is a precision PID temperature controller primarily used in industrial machinery, such as hot melt adhesive applicators for plastic pipe manufacturing and food processing ovens
- Power Isolation: Always disconnect mains power before wiring output terminals (relays, SSR drivers, or 0-10V outputs).
- Environmental Limits: Do not operate above 85% relative humidity (non-condensing) or ambient temperatures exceeding 60°C (140°F).
- Wire Gauge: Use 14–22 AWG shielded wire for sensor inputs. Unshielded wire in high-EMI environments will cause erratic readings.
- Output Overload: Do not exceed 250V AC / 3A resistive on relay outputs. For inductive loads (motors, solenoids), use an external contactor.
The controller interface consists of a SET key and directional keys for parameter adjustment. Setting the Target Temperature (SV): Press the SET key once. The SV display will begin to flash. xmtk-9000 user manual
