The audio uses natural pace, fillers (“well…”, “you know”), and common reductions (“gonna,” “wanna”). This bridges the gap between textbook English and real conversations.

• Absolute Beginners (A1/A2): You need foundational vocabulary first. Start with English for Life: Speaking A2.
• Advanced Learners (C1/C2): This will feel too simple. Look for Collins Business English or authentic media like BBC podcasts.
• Grammar-Obsessed Learners: If you want to master the present perfect continuous tense, buy a grammar book. Speaking B1 is about communication, not perfection.
